Well, I was very naughty about not giving any hints earlier, but here are some small glimpses of the back-tack bunny/mouse I made for Sherry. White linen, pink polka dots…..(sorry the photos are dim - i just wanted to get something - anything! - up for this!)

This was really fun because I usually don’t use other people’s patterns - it never occurs to me! But it took the pressure off having to think up something totally new. I used Hilary’s bun-bun, but changed the ears a bit. And I loved the restricted color pallette. I opted to use very little black, because I liked the idea of a white creature, and I had some nice white linen.

I am sending this just under the wire, but Sherry and I have been emailing and she seems to be in a similar boat. And she’s very understanding!

Tomorrow, I will post about the back-tack I received from Mariko. If you haven’t checked out the blouses she has been making, you must! I am green with envy!
